In kansas all equipment must be functioning to be on the road if not its a very expensive ticket ....I feel if you are going to be in a parade or a muster or a car show show some pride and make sure all your lights work and have them going the entire parade honestly I go to events like musters and parades to see the lights and the rigs take pride in your vehicles/rigs
